User selects the database to be used to forecast new factory design performance from DispoX’s vast equipment data history. It could be the best-in-class data, or any other selection. By default, the company’s standard is selected.

The new factory model is built either from DispoX graphic user interface or directly from AutoCAD, where DispoX tracks predictive factory performance as it is being drawn to immediately signal and suggest solutions, when it is unable to meet the production target before the drawing is even completed thereby saving engineering team plenty of time.

TO ANALYSE, OPTIMIZE, PREDICT AND GET RECOMMENDATIONS

Once the model is built, engineering team can then share the results with other functions involved in the construction of the factory like Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Strategy… The collaboration begins. People with access to the project can evaluate different options and optimize the factory design at their will. Optimization requests may include finding the cheapest solution that meets certain production targets. DispoX also offers smart AI assistant that makes recommendations to help user better the factory design. Finally, as all factories have weak and strong points, DispoX provides an intensity map that highlights the points or items of the factory that are key to meeting the factory goals. This map, which is called Factory Physics MapTM, can be seen as the factory DNA. It is used by stakeholders in their decision-making process.
